One of the vices that cause great harm to society is conflict of interests. Where it exists, instead of development, degradation occurs and the potential of the nation is undermined. The Conflict of Interest Act is a solid legal framework for preventing and regulating conflicts of interest.
The content of this law was discussed at a training seminar organized for employees of the Electromagnetic Compatibility Service of the Syrdarya region. At the meeting, the responsible officer of the Syrdarya Regional Department of Justice, S.Kaziev, gave detailed information about the purpose and scope of this law, as well as the state regulation of relations related to conflicts of interest.
The event also emphasized that everyone is equally responsible for ensuring the implementation of corruption reforms, and also discussed penalties for failure to report a conflict of interest.
