On February 24 of this year, a round table on the topic of “Fighting Corruption” was held at the Samarkand Regional Electromagnetic Compatibility Service with the aim of increasing the knowledge of employees on issues of fighting corruption and counteracting corruption.
The round table was chaired by M. Ergashev, a specialist from the Samarkand District Department of Internal Affairs of the Samarkand Region.
During the round table, the representative of the Internal Affairs Directorate, employees of the Samarkand Regional Electromagnetic Compatibility Service were provided with information on the facts of corruption that took place in various layers of society, as well as on the work carried out by law enforcement agencies to prevent facts of corruption.
The employees were provided with information on the essence of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Combating Corruption" and the procedure for identifying situations related to corruption and conflicts of interest.
At the end of the round table, an employee of the Internal Affairs Directorate answered the employees' questions on this topic.
