On April 1 of this year, an operational event was conducted with the participation of employees of the Electromagnetic Compatibility Service of the Khorezm Region and the Khorezm Regional Department of the Customs Committee. During the joint event, electronic equipment of the Khorezm Region Customs Department of the Urganch Airport brand, imported into our region through the border customs post, were identified: 2 units of the BAOFENG BF-888S brand, 2 units of the BAOFENG BF-9700 brand and 2 units of the “СОЮЗ-1” brand, as well as a Power Signal Optimal Black 900/1800/2100 MHz repeater unit for amplifying mobile network signals.
The identified radio-electronic means in accordance with Appendix No. 2 of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated December 22, 2020 No. 801 "On streamlining the issuance of permits for the use of the radio frequency spectrum, as well as the use of radio-electronic means and high-frequency devices" Regulation on the procedure for the acquisition (transfer) and (or) installation (construction), import, permission to use radio-electronic means and do not meet the requirements of the Resolution of the Republican Council on Radio Frequencies dated August 23, 2022 No. 707.
