On January 16 of this year, another hour of legal training was held through the ZOOM platform for employees of the central office of the State Unitary Enterprise "Center for Electromagnetic Compatibility", the Electromagnetic Compatibility Services of the Republic of Karakalpakstan and the regions.
An employee of the Information Service of the Road Safety Department of the Main Internal Affairs Directorate of Tashkent, O.T. Bazarov, was invited to this training hour.
It explained in detail the content of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On approval of the Road Traffic Rules" dated 12.04.2022 No. 172.
In accordance with this, a number of provisions set out in this Resolution have been brought to the audience, namely:
General duties of drivers;
duties of the driver in case of an accident;
duties of pedestrians;
duties of passengers;
advantages of special vehicles;
traffic light and regulator signals;
warning and emergency (dangerous) signals;
start of movement, maneuver;
location of vehicles on the roadway;
The speed of movement;
overtaking;
bus stop and parking;
traffic at intersections;
regulated intersections;
unregulated intersections;
pedestrian crossings and bus stops;
traffic on railway crossings, traffic on motorways;
moving through residential areas;
driving on steep climbs and slopes;
advantages of fixed-route vehicles;
use of outdoor lighting devices;
motor vehicle driving training;
transportation of people;
additional requirements for the movement of bicycles, mopeds and trolleys, as well as for the transportation of animals;
Duties of officials and citizens in ensuring road safety, bringing vehicles to the line, installing license plates and identification marks;
Road signs, etc.
