In order to implement the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 801 dated December 22, 2020, employees of the Crime Prevention Department No. 3 of the Yashnabad District of the Main Internal Affairs Directorate of the city of Tashkent, together with specialists from the State Unitary Enterprise “СEMC”, on January 28 of this year, an operational event was carried out in the residential complex “BI SAN’AT”, located in the Yashnabad district of the city of Tashkent.
As a result of the operational event, it was established that in the residential complex “BI SAN’AT”, citizen H.A. illegally used the radio electronic device “Baofeng BF-888S” without the appropriate permits from the radio frequency authority.
In connection with this fact of the offense, the employees of the Crime Prevention Department No. 3 of the Yashnabad District of the Main Directorate of Internal Affairs of the city of Tashkent, in the presence of witnesses, temporarily seized the radio-electronic means, and the documents for taking measures in the manner prescribed by law were sent to the Territorial Department of the city of Tashkent UZKOMNAZORAT Inspectorate for Control in the Sphere of Informatization and Telecommunications under the Ministry of Digital Technologies of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
