Illegal radio stations identified in Surkhandarya region

In accordance with the plan for 2025, law enforcement agencies and the territorial inspectorate Uzkomnazorat of the Surkhandarya region conducted joint operational activities aimed at detecting illegal electronic devices.

Employees of the Uzkomnazorat territorial inspection took part in these events Surkhandarya region, engineers of the Electromagnetic Compatibility Service, as well as specialists from the Department of Internal Affairs of the region.

During the inspection in the Angor and Kizirik districts, 37 illegally operating radio stations were found at public service facilities. It was explained to the owners of these devices that their use creates radio interference on the air and constitutes illegal use of the radio frequency spectrum.

The use of illegal electronic devices is contrary to current legislation and may negatively affect the stable operation of communication networks. In addition, such devices pose a threat to radio security and may interfere with the work of government and commercial structures.

Law enforcement agencies and Uzkomnazorat intend to continue control measures aimed at detecting and preventing the illegal use of electronic means.
