Today marks the 33rd anniversary of the adoption of the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan - the fundamental law that defined the strategic path of state development, strengthened its independence, and created the legal foundations for building a democratic society.

The Constitution serves as a reliable guarantee of the rights and freedoms of every citizen. It enshrines the principles of the rule of law, social protection of the population, freedom of speech, labor, education, the development of entrepreneurship, and ensuring decent living conditions.

Today, the Constitution serves as the legal basis for the large-scale reforms being carried out in our country. In the context of the formation of New Uzbekistan, the digital economy, innovative technologies, electronic government services, modern educational platforms, and social services are actively developing.

Citizens' constitutional rights - to receive education, medical care, work, and social security - are being implemented today through digital tools, which increases convenience, openness, and transparency.

The e-government system, digital healthcare, interactive government services - all these are vivid manifestations of the democratic principles enshrined in our Constitution.

The Constitution remains a symbol of stability, respect for the individual, and the pursuit of progress. This document unites people around the idea of serving the Motherland, strengthening peace and prosperity.

We congratulate all citizens on this significant date! May our country develop, prosper, and confidently move towards the future on the basis of legality, justice, and democratic values!
