In our country, within the framework of the Week of the Elderly, a number of practical measures are being implemented aimed at further increasing attention and respect for respected veterans, as well as the effective use of their life experience in educating the younger generation.
In accordance with these areas of activity, the State Unitary Enterprise Center for Electromagnetic Compatibility is also organizing various initiatives under the motto "Respect for the elderly is an example for young people."
In particular, according to the approved action plan within the framework of the "Week of the Elderly", a "Month of Tourism for the Elderly" was organized for our labor veterans who have worked hard at the enterprise for many years and are now on well-deserved rest.
This event was implemented on the initiative of the trade union committee of the State Unitary Enterprise "CEMS" and became a recreational, cultural and leisure event for our esteemed veterans.
A group of veterans of the company's labor was sent to the Ak-Tash recreation area, where comfortable conditions were created for them and various cultural and educational programs for meaningful recreation were organized.
This initiative is a manifestation of deep respect and gratitude to the elderly, a reminder of their selfless work and contribution to the development of the company, and also serves as a source of inspiration and example for the younger generation of employees.
